Nobody except for me has posted, yet somehow it got marked as answered. How can I unmark as answered? I really need to figure out why all my shows aren’t showing up so definitely not cool to have it erroneously marked as answered.
This thread is not marked as answered. If it were, it’d have one post with a green tint.

My misunderstanding. I see now that it originally shows up as ‘Question’ but if someone posts there it changes to ‘Answered’ automatically unless you click ‘No’ under ‘Did this solve your question?’.
