Questions before attempting database restore

Server Version#: 1.25.2.5319-c43dc0277
Player Version#: unsure (web)

I had to restart my unraid server and now Plex won’t start, saying there is a database error. I’ve attached one of my server logs, but I wasn’t sure if this was the one that is needed most, but it does contain the error.

Error: Unable to set up server: sqlite3_statement_backend::loadOne: database disk image is malformed (N4soci10soci_errorE)

I think I should try using a backed up version of the database, but the help topic instructions left me with a few questions. I’ve backed up the database files, there were 5 files (1 current and 4 backups from prior dates). To try a new database do I simply delete the current database file and rename one of the backup database files? Please let me know if you think I should try a different troubleshooting step instead of a prior database file.

Ah, thank you. I will try this and report back.

This fixed my problem, I’m back up in running with just a week or so of lost viewing history (no big deal).
