Radio features completely missing from my Plexamp

I’m running Plex Server 1.4.2.3400, using the PlexPass update channel, on a Mac Mini running latest version of High Sierra.

I’m running Plexamp 1.0.1 on another Mac Mini, also running 10.13.2 High Sierra.

I’ve got a fairly sizable music library, I’ve got analysis turned on every night, I’ve done manual analysis runs several times. I’ve tried Gracenote genre levels both Medium and Fine.

And no matter what I try, I cannot get any of the Radio features to show up in Plexamp. Not artist radios on the artist page, nor the Library or Time Travel Radio in the Discovery view.

I downloaded Plexamp the day it was launched, and didn’t have these features then. I assumed it was rolling out in batches or that everything wasn’t available yet. But I haven’t seen anyone else ask about it (I may have not gone deep enough in the forums), so I’m suspecting it’s a problem with my setup.

The latest Plex server is Version 1.11.0.4666 under Plex Pass Beta Channel and I have all that. Make sure you’re on the BETA Channel and not PUBLIC Channel under your server settings. I also have a Mac mini with the high sierra.

Even the lastest public/non-plex pass version is 1.10.1.4602 (which I have and radio totally works) I guess you should just update.

No matter how many times I click that button, I still get that green check mark. So I guess I have a different bug.

I’ll manually download the latest version.

And the manual download worked. Thank you for the help.

I found that I had to do a manual download o the server to get the latest version as the software itself claimed it was the latest version. I can see the various radio icons with the “recommended” part of the server on the music section using safari to view it - but absolutely nothing on plex amp.
