Random Fast forward content jump

Hello Guys,

Recently I’m facing issues with a Plex Server.

Users start playing content, and just randomly jumps 1-20 minutes, without any reason I have many users complaining about it. Plex Media Server Logs_2021-08-08_01-19-14.zip (8.7 MB)

Hmm, did you happen to have PMS let remove the Intro as in using the Intro Detection on your TV Shows library? that may be why it skips ahead on its own.
