Random HEVC to x264 transcoding

Searching and doing some tests again in my free time I found this post which is exactly the behaviour i get right now

Plex Server Direct Play error fallback transcode

When automatically going to the next episode the server starts to transcode something it shouldn’t be transcoding. It’ says there was an error falling back to transcode. If I stop the video and restart it, it’ll play correctly. I just noticed it happening recently and I’m at a loss as to what’s causing it. I don’t really understand what the logs say, so any help as to what’s causing the error would be much appreciated. Server Version#: 1.21.3.4021 Player Version#: Plex Media Server Logs_2021…
