Trust me, for all the effort I have put in (and ongoing subsciption subs) it's worth a new post. I got Plex working on my 360! After having to just walk away for a while I deleted everything, everwhere, reinstalled it all, (and then did it again once or twice until server incompitability messages went away) and lo, it worked. I have actually watched 2 movies, (and despite losing xbox live connection once or twice a movie and having to reconnect and resume movie) it works.
