RasPlex 0.1.37 not playing HD TV shows

I have some HD TV Shows and when I was on 0.1.28 they worked fine. Now on the new 0.1.37 I get an error that it cannot play file. Any clues? Should I downgrade to 0.1.36?

 

EDIT: Tried 0.1.36 and I didn't get video, only audio. Going to try 0.1.35 and go down the list I guess....Another note: I have a Raspberry PI Model B rev. 1 (256MB)

 

EDIT 2: I remembered I am using Ethernet, so at 0.1.36 I went ahead and set it to transcode even locally at 8MB and it seems to be working. For 720p it works, I had to lower it to 4MB to be able to see 1080p movies.
