Hiya. Right ive got a bit of a dilemna for the techies in the community. I havent got round to paying my virgin bill this month and its gonna be a week or 2 till i do.
Now what i wana do is use an app similar to cartoon HD (now that its gone down) on my android phone then stream to my rasplex player connected to my tv. Now i can already do the above using allcast straight to rasplex however this is where the issue is. Phones connected to 3G (plenty of internet there) and the Pi is only connected to my wifi which has no internet so is there a way to watch vids on the phones 3g then stream over the wifi to the pi.
I dont know if its possible to connect the phone to 2 different networks at once but im assuming it can be done as thats how tethering is done (ps tethering is not an option my package wont allow it and ive tried everything to get around it even Tor)
So … any suggestions?
