Re-Adding A User To Tautulli?

A while a go I deleted a user out of the Tautulli user list via the edit. Yes, I rememberers er when doing it it warned me that this was permanent. Recently I have wanted to add the user back in. I did so on the server side of things, and it even saved all the users settings etc.

When I refreshed the user list in Tautulli, the user doesn’t not appear on the list of users, nor does it keep track of the user stats in the user list area. It will of course show when the user is playing something and it also added back in the profile for the user in Tautulli

My question is this, how can I get that user to re-appear and start keep stats for them, as well as them start to receive the newsletter again.

Any assistance would be greatly apreciated
