Hello, Tautulli is loaded and working apart from the All Users data, it shows the users but never last seen etc. any ideas?
Have you tried re-loading the page to see if it updates anything since the last time it started? If the re-load updates the information there is a setting that allows you to set what time interval you want it to refresh. I think the default is like 6 hours or something and that might be your problem.
I have the same issue, came here from a google search. Refreshing the page does nothing. plex is used daily, yet my access and the kids account and others show last seen as 24 days ago. restarting etc does not change last seen.

same here. I do get updates for my own admin/account to the server. other user stats are not updating. could it be they are remotely connected, and not via local?

the user lists shows the users correctly, but the stats don’t update.

great, just after I posted this, the stats were updated. guess it works for me then

I have this same issue. I have two users streaming right now and on the Tautulli home page it shows them active and what they are watching but all the user data on the “users” page shows nothing. refreshing has no effect. running on windows 10.
