Hi Tom,

I am having a nightmare my servers wont let me add any new friends, just says invite failed, if I try to share new folders with existing people it also fails, failed to update server shares. Any idea what I can do?

Question 1: how many friends have you added? There’s a limit to how many users you can add as friends to your server (15 members in a Plex Home, something like 80-100 friends + home users in total)

Question 2: have you had other issues e.g. your PMS not adding new media? This could be a corrupted database

Hi Tom,

I should be below the limit unless it changed in the last day or so, I have also deleted some people who never used it.

PMS adding media no problem at all, strangely when I add content to my NAS (shared between 2 servers) “match” works on PMS but not the other, both PMS set up identically running same version.
