Hi all, I’ve encountered a recent problem with remote playback from PMS 1.11.3.4793-482972920 on a NVIDIA Shield.
I have attempted playback with Plex for Kodi on a Vero4K. In previous weeks, all of the files direct played and in the last several days, the files are all forced to Direct Stream or transcode, which results in audio drop outs and lip sync issues.
From what I can determine, the Shield server no longer recognizes the correct profile for Plex for Kodi with this particular build.

I have downloaded several of the files that can’t playback remotely and tried on my local network, and they all direct play flawlessly.
Is there a way for the devs to amend the profiles so I can direct play these files again?
