Player Version#: Last update on Nvidia Shield

sorry for the mistakes i’m french
It’s been years i’m using Plex server on my Nvidia Shield TV and it worked fine.
I read the files (movies) with the Nvidia Shield Plex app player but also with the android tv player and the mobile player
1 week ago i had to change my TV and… the nvidia shield plex player app is not working anymore
I can go through the plex library with the plex player app but i canno’t read a movie. However, it keeps working with my mobile phone and my computer
So i understand that the problem comes from the plex player app installed on the nvidia shield
i’ve tried to play a movie with the nvidia shield plex player app and i’ve checked at the log.
Here is what is written:
“[Transcode] MDE: Cannot direct stream video stream due to profile or setting limitations”
I have an external drive connected to my nvidia shield. Movies are on this drive. I guess the problem is from the communication between them… but i didn’t have any problem with my previous TV
Do you guys have any idea about how i could fix that please?
