Recent update breaks Xbox One S .ts playback

Since the last update, I’m unable to play recorded OTA on the Xbox. Testing on web and phone clients show it’s an Xbox only issue. No wireless is in the mix with the Xbox or Server. Movies (mp4) and Live OTA (HDHR Ext) appears to playback fine, but recorded TV (.ts) leaves me with an infinite buffer or playback with such low quality it is unwatchable. Restarting the Xbox may resolve it (a third of the time,) but it’s not a fix.

Is there a fix on the way soon?

How do we get Dev's/Support to address a serious issue with the Xbox version of plex?

Yea buffering has hit the Xbox version pretty hard lately, had a few mins of smooth playback but some update broke stuff
