I recently installed a new update for plex and now my search functionality is broken. Nothing pops up, I just get an infinite yellow spinning circle.
Is this a known bug or is there a known fix for this issue?
To add to this, I’ve tested if the search worked on different machines and locations and it does not.
Are there any errors in your server logs that point towards what’s going wrong? And does optimizing your database? That should rebuild the database’s search indexes, assuming the database isn’t corrupted.
I have updated to the latest version using PMS Updater, still not fixed.
I have also done as you suggested and optimized the database but no change.
I’ve looked through some of the logs, but not entirely sure what I should be looking for. Can you give me some suggestions on where to look?
I have the same behavior.
Tested with 1.32.3.7192 the search works.
From then on up till 1.32.5.7349 the search is broken.
I also checked, that the problem only occurs, when I am not logged in (using http://127.0.0.1:32400). When I log in, search works as expected.
Could someone have a look, if this is a bug?
