Recentish update no longer direct plays MP4s with multiple audio tracks

Roku TV(TCL) Version#: 12.5.5 build 4174

MP4 files are converting to MKV for what I have narrowed down to be having multiple audio tracks. This breaks dolby vision as roku doesn’t support DV in MKV. If I turn Direct Play to Force they play fine.

While testing some files also got the Playback Error screen, they also played fine once Direct Play was Forced.
