"Recently Added in Movies" count is too high

When I click on “Recently Added in Movies” from the Home Screen, the count of movies is 136 more movies than if I go into “Movies” and sort by “Date Added.”

I then noticed that the 136 is the number of Movie Collections I have and I now see that those collection appear in the “Recently Added in Movies” list.

Why are collections showing here? I also have all my collections set to “Hide collection.”

It isn’t a big deal I suppose, but doesn’t seem to be the desired behavior. No?

The number is an “item count” not a “movie count”. If your settings for this library cause collections to be shown among the movie poisters, then these collections add to the item count.
You can temporarily set a different sorting order than “by title” if you want to know the true movie count.

Correct, but I have my collections set to “Hide collection” so they shouldn’t show up in the item count, I believe.

Do you have more than one library of the type ‘movies’?
Because the hub “Recently Added” usually merges items from all libraries.

No, just the one Movies library.
