Recently added TV shows play on Xbox One and IOS Plex App, Don't Play on Mac or Win Web Browsers

I’m running Plex Server Version 1.15.6.1079 on a supported Synology 1019+.

I cannot play any newly added TV show episodes on Firefox/Chrome/Opera running on Windows 10 or Mac OS Mojave. The shows appear in the episode list, but when I click Play, the preview photo for the show displays, but the episode never plays…it just is locked loading.

I CAN play the same newly added episodes on the Plex Windows Media Player App, my Xbox One X Plex App and on my IOS Plex App.

I CAN play any episodes added more than 72 hours ago on the same browsers and machines that will not play the newer additions.

I’ve stopped/started the Plex Server on the Synology, uninstalled and reinstalled Plex Server, uninstalled and installed a different version of the Plex Server for Synology, and rebooted the Synology without success in solving this issue.

Any ideas what is causing this behavior?
