New TV Shows are in Plex browser but not in iPad Plex app

I added new TV Shows yesterday and today and they show up on the Plex web app (i.e. using Safari on both a Mac and an iPad) and I can play the episodes just fine. However none of the shows I added yesterday or today show up in the app on the iPads and TVs.

I’ve restarted the server and killed and log out and back into the Plex app on the iPad and the same shows are still missing. The file types and naming conditions look fine. I dug around in settings and couldn’t find anything that would cause this. Can you point me in the right direction? Thanks.

Following up my own post. This morning the Plex app on my iPad showed the newly added TV shows finally. I was all happy. But this afternoon I open Plex on my AppleTV and the new shows are still absent. Very frustrating. I tried reboot the ATV to no avail.

How long since you have restarted your Router / Modem.
