Plex shows only year of the oldest episode in the TV series on the main TV series page (see screenshot). It should recognize the latest episode and show a range of years during which episodes were produced. For example, Seinfeld shows 1989, it would make sense if it showed 1989 - 1996. Included screenshots with dates of first and last episodes as well.
What do you mean by „recognize“?
Plex has the air dates of the episodes in your library, and through Plex‘s Discover, they should also know when (if) a show has ended (e.g. if you only have a subset of the series).
Do you want Plex to display that range or just know about it?
