How can I record to Plex from Tivimate on my Firestick?

You cannot do that with Plex.
Plex can dvr live tv from a digital TV tuner (e.g. HDHR) – not from other apps

So I can’t record say IPTV to Plex?

From what I’ve seen there’s apps/platforms like xteve that can aggregate IPTV and make it available to Plex, appearing like a “classic tv tuner”.
