Recording failed with DVR:Recorder: Error 3

I just received the following error when Plex scheduled a DVR recording for “Meet the Press” this morning at 8:00 AM CST (see file Plex Media Server.7.log in the attached .zip file for more detail).

I did use Live TV on the same NBC channel the night before this error occurred.
