Reinstalled Windows 7/Plex on 250gb SSD - how to point new Plex to 70gb PMS folder on 2nd hdd?

I was forced to reinstall Windows after a SSD failure though all of my media and the PMS folder are located on other internal drives. Is there an ideal method to import the metadata back into the new install of Plex?
