Releasing scrollbar on Android mobile causes it to infinitely scroll up

This is reposted from a closed thread. It’s almost a year later and this bug is still present.

Reproduction steps:

  1. While on Android mobile, go to a library with at least 100 titles
  2. Use the scroll bar
  3. Release the scroll bar

Expected result: The page will stop scrolling when the scroll bar is released.

Actual result: The library scrolls upwards until it reaches the top.

This doesn’t always happen, but it does happen at least 80% of the time. It has been present for months. There are other threads similar to this on other devices, but I’ve only encountered this on mobile and figured it needed a dedicated thread for it.

Can confirm this happens for me also. Has been like this for as long as I can remember, at least a year and most likely much longer than that.
