Remote access Broken after Mac Server Erase/Install

Server Version#: 4.159.0
Player Version#: 2026.7.0 (1660)
<If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled>

My Mac mini OS corrupted and I had to entirely erase/install. It was a fight to get the plex server service back up and running but eventually I can now play fine from any device on the local network. Remote access says: “Fully accessible outside your network” and a port check is happy with port 32400. However, when testing on an iOS device on 5G I get “No libraries available”.

Research says “The single most likely culprit on a fresh Plex install is a stuck/unminted Let’s Encrypt certificate for the server’s plex.direct hostname”. Is there somebody available to help me see if this is the case please?

Further work in Terminal on the Mac says that “There is no Preferences.xml at all — Plex hasn’t written one yet which means the server isn’t fully initialised or claimed properly.”

I tried to post Debug logs here but the account would not let me saying that “new users cannot paste more than 5 links”.

Dont really understnad why some users and threads get 30 answers and mine gets zero?
