I have Remote Access configured on my Plex.
Remote users can connect, and browse the catalog.
However, when they attempt to play any movies or tv shows, they get an “unknown error” in their client.
I can access all content fine locally.

Maybe you’re using Plex Relay (1 Mbps max) which is not enough to stream video.
I am not using Relay. Relay is not enabled on the server.
