Since this new update, I have noticed some of my remote access users are on an indirect connection. I check the remote access and it would be on but not available outside the network only via indirect. I disable and re-enable the remote access and sometimes that fixes the issue and sometimes it doesn’t. Anyone else having this issue? Is there a soluition?
