Remote Access Stops Frequently, Users Can Only Connect "Indirect" (updated)

Server Version#:1.32.5.7349 (Windows 10 64bit)
Player Version#: 4.111.1

Yesterday my server was working just fine, today users cannot connect to it unless I tick “Enable Relay”.

The relay allows them to use the server but causes quality issues. My hardware (modem, router, server) did not change in this time period, nor did any settings within them.

While investigating I realized I am also getting the frequent “Not available outside your network” Remote Access dropouts. I will restart it but as soon as someone connects remotely it switches back to Not available.

I figured it out, bringembig. Are you using ESET NOD32 or some kind of other AV with a firewall? I just tried setting the AV FW from auto to manual and when Plex popped up I selected “allow all” and immediately my Plex server and remote connections are back to normal. I am not sure what changed or why to trigger this in the AV FW.
