Remote access warning (could be false alarm) HELP

Server Version#: 1.25.3.5385

Everything is working fine, except all of sudden I am getting the below warning. On canyouseeme.org it is showing that my WAN ip has 32400 open and my remote users are still able to direct play encrypted. Any idea what’s up here?

I am using a FortiGate and would be happy to share my VIP or policies

What that is telling you is that the Plex.tv servers couldn’t see your server – which doesn’t mean much knowing the port is open.

Why is it not reporting green?

  1. Are you filtering IPs ? (geoblocking or unknown IP/FQDN)
  2. Are you using a VPN?

Not using VPN, I am however geoblocking all countries except USA.

This GEOBLOCK stuff is not always right
For sure I would allow IP’s from AWS that are used to communicate with your onsite equipment.
Current endpoint are

https://s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/plex-sidekiq-servers-list/sidekiqIPs.txt

54.170.120.91
46.51.207.89

My firewall fetches & parses this URL and updates the ACL.
My PLEX is not publicly accessible, but I whitelist IP’s where needed.

Nice, turning off Geo worked. I just turned it back on and am having my firewall do the same as yours

So far so good, thanks
