I’ve installed plex on a container behind a reverse proxy and i’ve opened port 80 and 443 on my router for the proxy.
When i go to media.domain.com via browser on my phone (with cellular data) i get the plex webpage and everything works as intended.
Now if i try to enable the remote access it says it can’t connect via the wan ip. I’ve put port 80 as custom port in the remote access settings page. I’ve also saved media.domain.com as custom server url.
Tried also with port 443 but no luck.
Unfortunally i don’t know where my problem is, do you have an idea?
EDIT: i’ve tried UNCHECKING the custom port, retried and now it’s all green. I guess it’s a bug
EDIT 2: the remote access doesn’t work again. Is it some sort of bug?
