Remote Access

Hi everyone!

I’d like to watch my content on a device that is not connected to the same WiFi of the server. I understand that to do so I have to activate the remote access.

I’ve also read that a plex account can also be private or public.

So the question is:
Is activating the remote access going to make my library public?
If not, can you explain me how remote access works?

That is not true.
There no such thing as a “public plex account”.
