Remote connection recognizing as local

Hello friends,

I have my plex running correctly with external access configured and working.

Please see the attached image, only IP 192.168.0.194 is actually local, the rest are friends reproducing. I would like to understand why plex recognizes access from outside as a local. Is it some configuration?

Are you using a reverse proxy?

No. I have a normal PPOE connection. My network is ruled by a Mikrotik

I managed to solve the problem. It was NAT configured incorrectly.
