Solved: All external users has local IP

After moving my plex server to a new network provider (with new firewall) i have this problem:
All external users on WAN shows up as local connection with my firewall as IP (192.168.x.1)
I use a Fortigate where i have portforwarded a port to my plex server.

I use the newest version: 1.16.3.1402
System: Windows 7

I use Tautulli to monitor my friends, but all users have the local IP in the log: 192.168.x.1
So i cant see my friends WAN ip.

When a external user play a video i can see this in plex:

What can be wrong and how can i fix this??

I think that has to do with relay connections.

The server has direct connection to the server at all work - only the IP in plex is wrong.
But i have fixed the problem :slight_smile:

Problem solved - it was a NAT problem on the router :slight_smile:
