I have this set to two for friends and family shares, which has been working well up until the last release. The server has just been upgraded, so cannot confirm the actual version it was on but it was the last release prior to current.
I am not seeing this in the release notes, nor do I see anyone else talking about it, hence why I felt it needed reported. The user just receives a message stating that they have reached the limit on devices in use, even when they only have one streaming and are trying to use the permitted second.
