My remote is ‘Not available outside your network’, how do i fix this. have tried reading the forums but with no luck. im running windows 10, have tp-link C9 router running of ‘myrepublic’ modem. Im not a computer nerd so, please keep answers simple. have been struggling with this problem for months now.
I am having another problem, while trying to play music outside my network no sound play. im thinking this is related to remote not being connected but not sure.
