I would like to suggest that Plex reconsider the inclusion of Merit TV (formerly Merit Street Media) and any associated Dr. Phil programming in the Live TV channel list. While I appreciate the variety of channels on the platform, the ongoing and recent controversies surrounding this content feel increasingly out of place on a quality service like Plex.
My request is based on the following public criticisms and recent developments:

Court proceedings in early 2026 have included serious allegations of “swindling” business partners and “shady maneuvers” to launch new ventures while leaving employees and creditors behind.
