I have spent weeks trying to track down what is hogging the shortcut OPT+CMD+UP and OPT+CMD+DOWN and finally realised its plexamp. No idea what it does but how do I stop it?
The problem it’s causing is that I cant navigate up and down the panes in my iterm2 window and as it was an intermittent fault its taken ages to track down.
As I cant work out what it does I just want to free up the shortcut so I can use it in iterm2 and not plexamp, any help appreciated.
(Closing the app gets rid of the problem)

You can adjust the shortcuts via Settings > Experience > Desktop Integration > Global Keyboard Shortcuts.
