I added a couple albums from TIDAL to my library, which is great. But, now I have the real album I want to add. Will this cause issues when I add the CD to my library or is there a way remove the TIDAL album?

You can use a ‘custom filter’ to show only Tidal-sourced music in your library. If necessary combine it with another filter criterium for artist name or album name.
Then use the regular ‘delete’ feature of Plex to delete the Tidal version of the album.
