Can I just delete the TV show season files, without removing the Plex entries? I read it will ‘soft delete’ the item, which keeps the info and remove the files. But I just wanted to make sure this is the case. As I may want to restore the files at a later date. Double checked my Library options and empty trash after each scan is disabled.
This is not possible. Deleted is deleted.
The only thing that will (invisibly) remain is the “watched” status, which will be restored when you add the tv show back.
