Remove unused languages and subtitles from files?

I’d like to go through all my Plex files and remove unused languages and subtitles (anything not English) from entire folders.

This isn’t something Plex would do; it’s more like ffmpeg or MKVToolNix, but I figured this is a good place to ask.

I wanna run a script that goes through all my movies and only keeps English. All my non-English files are already in a different folder.
