I would like to suggest a request based on this scenario:
Plex Media Server maps a folder for "photos library" (like: c:/.../.../all_my_photos_library) which contains other subfolders, for example Marge_Photos, Bart_Photos, Lisa_Photos etc..
It would be great the ability to share with the already existing or managed Lisa user, the Lisa_Photos folders and so on for the other members.
This way from their account they will see not only their own movies status , but also their (and ONLY) photos and, why not, they own music.
Reason to do this?
I think consistency.
I really love Plex because of multiuser manager: one server to delivery personalized entertainment to all family.
In my opinion the natural evolution of this approach is to extend this experience to media that people produce (read photo ;-) )
This way I don't need another solution to store and deliver my family photos.
Please consider also the potential of this linked to mobile apps!
