[Request] Can we have ebook support please?

I’ve been looking around for a place to group all the ebooks I have into a single place that can be accessed from multiple devices, and adding ebook support to PMS would be a really nice way to keep all my media in one place as currently all my movies, tv shows, music and now podcasts can be accessed in one place i feel like ebooks would be the next logical media type to add to plex. I’ve checked around and there seems to be a fair bit of demand for it aswell. Just a thought.

+1 as a plex pass supporter since 2013 (4?) I’ve watched this and the addons hoping someone adds this feature. I’ve read some of the dialog of the legality - it’s my server is my point of view. I’ve seen the 1000’s of request improperly dropped on this subject that aren’t counted - off in the wrong forum or by non-subscribers. This has been one of the biggest feature requests topics since 2010. I’m very surprised that some apple crap gets top of the heap but the largest voice - the users - aren’t being heard. We need either an integration to a player that supports ebooks/pdf or at least a 3rd party add-on so we can use the database but bypass plex if needed. my dumb 2c. I’ll check back in another 3 years. I think thats how long it took to get the subtitle stuff working right I complained about way back when. Please. dont hate me. I Love my plex and and have paid faithfully and supportively since my first switch off my wdtvlivehub back in 2012. Just plex got stagnant and went for the cord cutters (where the money is) instead of what they built their solid product on in the first place - user need. I submitted test results, ran tests as needed and helped grow the knowledge of the product and I’m feeling plex is making the jump to greed to soon for my taste.
