Request: Exclude from scan option on TV series.

I tried the .plexignore file. it deleted all entrys of the Series which are present in the file...

So i have to readd them and set them as watched. not nice.

I would also like an option for ended Seasons/Series because there is no need to rescan a finished series.

That is what the entire post is about. a feature request...for that.

You could use the PlexPASS Feature & Bug Voting Forum for suggesting new features (but search first in case there is one already)

Yeah, i basicaly just confirmed that the .plexignore file is not the solution, becaus i don't wan't the finished Series removed from plex ;)

Yes, It would speed up the expierience while adding new content to plex and uses less CPU/HDD speed. A normal scan takes up to 5 minutes now (Series section only)

The same request can be used for the Music Section. If a Band don't exist anymore -> exclude from scanning (bes manualy via clickbox)
