Buffering spinners between short clips in playlists interrupts the viewing experience. Can we please get more capabilities to completely remove this lag?

For example, concatenate playlist videos into a single video in the optimized storage section. Map Plex UI navigation controls, watched/unwatched status, and watched progress percentage in terms of segments of this video.
