Looking at this other thread, I am starting to suspect that at the moment this is not possible. As of now, if you are running Plex on Android and you enable Camera Upload, only the main camera roll will get uploaded to Plex. If you have other camera rolls (e.g. the Whatsapp one) those will not be uploaded.
It would be great if the feature could upload all the pictures stored on the mobile device.
