I have a brand new Nvidia Shield TV Pro and am getting the message ‘app.plex.tv is unable to connect to “SHIELD Android TV” securely’ when trying to connect to it.
It has been suggested that I request a reset of server certificate from Plex support. How do I request this?

For anyone else having the same (maybe rare) issue, I was able to fix it by using the IP address of the Shield and port :32400 and accessing from there.
