Reset Windows 10 now can't recover my Server information containing over 4,000 movie data

I recently reset Windows 10 on my lap top and now after reinstalling Plex and Plex Media, I can’t recover my data stored in Plex. As I have over 4,000 movies stored, it is a real concern. I have signed back into Plex and Plex Media and my history is missing?

There should be back up of your database.

All this data is stored on the hard drive of your server machine, in the Plex data folder.
It is NEVER uploaded to plex.tv or any other internet address.
If your Windows reinstallation did overwrite this folder, then the data are lost.

See if you can find a backup of the old C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Plex Media Server folder and move it back into the default folder location.
Close the server before doing so, using its task tray icon!
