Resize playlist download

Hello! I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the 24-hour limit on downloading playlists has been removed when I was setting up downloads on my phone. However, this led me to wonder about a few things:

  1. Is there a way to resize or update already downloaded playlists on my phone to include all songs? I’ve been trying to find a method but haven’t been successful.
  2. If I want to enlarge a download selection to include all music in a playlist, do I really need to delete the entire download first? For example, if I’ve added some new songs to a playlist, is the only option to delete the full download, then choose a size that includes everything, and redownload the entire playlist again?
  3. I’m also curious about how the app handles albums that are included in multiple playlists I’ve downloaded. Will it download those tracks multiple times, or is the program smart enough to keep only one copy of each song, even if it’s part of several downloaded playlists?

I’ve searched for answers to these questions but haven’t had any luck. I’m hoping to get some clarification here. Thank you!

There’s currently no option to change a downloaded item (e.g. download duration for playlists).
IIRC, Plexamp isn’t de-duplicating files included in multiple download items – so if you have 2 playlists with lots of overlapping songs, you’ll end up downloading those 2x.

Ok. That’s a bit disappointing but thank you for the quick answer!

In some cases selecting “Refresh” from the playlist’s long-press menu can help.
