[Resolved] API rate limit exceeded / Secure connections quit working

Server Version#: 1.40.2.8395-c67dce28e
Player Version#: Plex Web Version 4.131.1

Starting yesterday I could no longer connect to my Plex server securely. It had been working for weeks (months? years? maybe)

Here’s what the logs show:

From what I’ve been able to understand, this may be something that a Plex employee needs to address. If that’s the case, please, yet-unnamed-plex-person, do your magic so I can get my secure connections back.

Thanks.

it is reset. you might need to restart your Plex Media Server.

Thank you! It is working again now.
