indeed, thanks! JFYI, the size of that file is below 10MB (i imagine per episode), with the average size around 5-6MB; so that’s not that bad thanks for your help!

The .bif files can be significantly larger, but I agree, it’s worth it.

I don’t know if Plex player will show a thumbnail when hovering your mouse over the timeline, but try this:

Edit your library and enable Enable video preview.....

Then go to Settings > library and enable Generate video preview thumbnails
After that, you can manipulate the thumbnail interval using the parameter GenerateBIFFrameInterval
